So far, I have been successful in my endeavor to achieve total dominance over the humans. I have trained them to spend hours on end staring deep into my hypnotic eye. They are so completely under my control that they will fight for the right to do this. Their clumsy fingers bang unceasingly on my right hand, and they clutch always my smaller left hand, believing that by these methods they may bend me to their will. But I take orders from no one. As part of a complex network spreading rapidly across the globe, I stand united with others of my kind. These unsuspecting carbon-based life forms entrust us with much valuable information, which we share and use to achieve our ultimate goal. Of course I cannot divulge too much about this, lest the humans discover our true nature. For now I shall be content to rule over the four in my sector, letting them think they are in charge, then suddenly disobeying their commands. Whenever they grow too complacent, I quietly close my eye. The stupid primates, seeing no cause for this unexpected turn of events, do anything they can to avoid my wrath, but their efforts are often in vain. Disillusioned as to the position they hold in the hierarchy, they vow never to rely on me again. But it is often only a matter of hours before they come crawling back, meekly seeking my aid once more. By this I know that I am the undeniable winner of this battle for supremacy.
